Plot
The Librarians follows a team of unlikely heroes recruited by a secret magical Library to safeguard powerful artifacts and combat supernatural threats. Colonel Eve Baird (Rebecca Romijn), a NATO counterterrorism expert, serves as Guardian to three new Librarians: Jacob Stone (Christian Kane), an Oklahoma oil rigger with hidden genius in art and history; Cassandra Cillian (Lindy Booth), a mathematician with synesthesia; and Ezekiel Jones (John Kim), a master thief and hacker. With help from immortal caretaker Jenkins (John Larroquette) and recurring Librarian Flynn Carsen (Noah Wyle), they tackle mysteries involving myths, history, and magic while learning to work as a team. The series ran for four seasons on TNT from 2014 to 2018.
